Keynote Speaker Reed Scott-Schwalbach is a veteran Spanish educator, Fulbright Teacher Exchange alum, and the past president of the Oregon Education Association. As an educator and public education advocate, she has spent over twenty-five years working in Oregon, Mexico, Guatemala and Spain in education, public education and community policy, and advocacy for language development and cross-cultural understanding.
