Base fee:

COFLT Board Member – $100.00
Registration for COFLT Board members only.
Non-Member Registration – $250.00
Conference Registration for Non-Members of COFLT. Does not include membership. To register as a member, please submit a membership application before registering for the conference.
Regular Member Registration – $130.00
Conference Registration for COFLT Members. Includes Friday and Saturday presentations and keynotes.
Student/Retired Member Conference Registration – $90.00
Conference registration for full time student and retired COFLT members.

2017 COFLT Conference

The fall COFLT conference will be held at the University of Oregon EMU (Erb Memorial Union) October 13-14, 2017. The theme is "Experience it." There will be post-conference workshops on Saturday, October 14, see below for additional information.

Keynotes and Workshops

National keynote speakers and workshop presenters include Dr. Beniko Mason, Dr. Claudia Holguín Mendoza, Kyle Ennis, and Guy Vandenbroucke.

We must give the venue meal counts on October 1. Any conference registrations received after October 1 will not include meals.

Post-Conference Workshops

Register soon to reserve your spot. Choose one post-conference workshop (Saturday, October 14) with Dr. Beniko Mason, Dr. Claudia Holguin & Kelley León Howarth, Kyle Ennis, or Guy Vandenbroucke at a cost of $20.

Hotel and Transportation
Make your hotel reservations now. We have arranged a special room rate for conference attendees interested in staying at the downtown Hilton. Using the conference hotel registration link is the only way to guarantee the discounted rate at the downtown Hilton whilst attending the COFLT conference.

Because the hotel is located approximately 1.5 miles away from the conference site at the University of Oregon, a shuttle bus will be made available in the morning to transfer hotel guests to the conference. Parking for conference attendees and overnight guests is free in the hotel lot.
